This established Italian restaurant is just meters from the sea and is south facing with very good access and private parking as well as easy street parking nearby. The business is within easy walking distance to some of the best residential areas in Mojacar as well as many hotels.
Originally constructed in 1971 for residential use, the property was highly susceptible to conversion and in 1997 obtained full consent from the local Mojacar Council and Coastal Protection Department and has been a fully licenced restaurant since 1998.
The restaurant was refurbished again in 2014 with the kitchen being finished to a very high standard. The building is spread over one level with 2 separate dining wings, and a centre dining room with a total indoor . Internal seating capacity is for between 90-95 clients with a further seating for approximately 80-100 clients in the conservatory and the garden area.
There are 2 large cloakrooms, a service area for employees with a separate access from the rear of the premises.
The kitchen is approximately 35m2 divided in to two different areas as proposed by the Health & Safety regulations with a separate walk-in fridge area and cooling room.
