This great little house is a typical Spanish style village property with thick walls, beamed ceilings and arches between rooms. The property was reformed several years ago with two new bathrooms and a new kitchen yet retains its character and boasts being central and within walking distance of all amenities in the village.
On entering the house you find a large hallway / dining room and an arch to a small kitchen. To the right another arch leads to a living room with several steps to a utility room and downstairs bathroom.
Stairs lead from the kitchen to two double bedrooms and landing area easily big enough as an office space. Leading from one of the bedrooms is a third bedroom, although this has no windows a light shaft would be possible here. It is currently used as a guest bedroom for the family who have this property as a holiday home.
On this floor there is another bathroom, fitted in the last few years and convenient for the bedrooms on this level.
This property needs no work apart from possibly some painting here and there. It is central to the village with parking close by and is in good order throughout.
